High School English Tutor

Kiani Mustipher

Hi! My name is Kiani. I have been a high school ELA tutor for two years. I love helping students find joy in reading. My approach to tutoring is to learn and understand the various methods my students use to retain information. I use that practice as a foundation, and together, the students and I will steadily build and improve their skills. I particularly enjoy watching the growth in each student. I see the benefits of tutoring when I see the students become more confident in the new skills they have learned.

Elementary Dual Language Tutor

Maria Jose Manquez

My name is Maria Jose Manquez, and I am an experienced tutor for Elementary students. I have also worked more than 7 years in market research and consultancy with a focus in Finance and Education. I combine both of my passions, researching and teaching, to support students in their learning process by implementing innovative programs to develop their reading and writing skills, personalizing sessions where students can apply concepts based on their interests, and analyzing data to find pain points and develop strategies. I strive to create better opportunities for Spanish-speaking students by providing dual language programs, so everyone has the same opportunities.
